The tight end group is quite large considering it is 2022. Some teams don’t utilize tight ends much anymore while others will have three on the field at times.
UND boasts 10 tight end/fullbacks on the roster this season. We mention fullbacks because to be fair that is what some of them are. “H-back”, “fullback” whatever your preference.
They return their top pass catcher in Adam Zavalney (20-303-4 TD), who is primed for a big season. Backups Jaden Norby, Max Gunderson, and Trae Steckler round out the top four and all will see consistent action.
