The Hawks quarterback group returns their Top 4 QB’s from last year. The experience is there to take the Danny Freund offense to the next level.
Junior starter Tommy Schuster is back after putting up 2,493 yards and 13 TD’s vs 7 INT’s in 2021. Schuster will undoubtedly be the starter come Week 1 vs. Nebraska.
Backup Quincy Vaughn will more than likely be the change of pace guy again, coming into run on short yardage while occasionally throwing it, as well. More of the same from last year.
Freshman Simon Romfo and Trey Feeney are battling for the important #3 spot. An injury to Schuster would thrust them into the playing-time mix real quick.
