I caught up with UND offensive coordinator Paul Rudolph at practice today. The first part of the interview he spoke about true freshman WR Garett Maag and the likeliness of him playing full-time this year, along with a few others (pulling redshirts). He follows up with a timeline about when he would like to name a starting QB.
Safeties coach Joel Schwenzfeier gave us his thoughts on the state of the UND defense, Deion Harris, and how they might handle the “freshman four” (freshman being allowed to play in 4 games without losing redshirt).
